David Horton & Associates, Inc.
David Horton established Horton & Associates in 1982 at a kitchen table in a rural farm house and within the year an Auto Appraiser joined him. The company grew and fellow Adjusters joined him, necessitating the construction in 1983 of a free-standing 1000 square foot building in the back yard, heated by a wood burning stove. The company prospered, adding Real Estate appraising, Insurance Investigators, and Private Investigating.
Continued growth led to the purchase in 1990 of the Bond Building at 211 E. Baltimore in downtown Jackson. The building was constructed in 1819 for a law office and is listed on the Historic Register. With historic preservation in mind, renovations were made and the business moved in mid-1990. The Horton-Bond Building contains approximately 3320 square feet of office and apartment/meeting facilities. The business was incorporated in 2001, becoming David Horton & Associates, Inc..
In 2002 David Horton & Associates, Inc. celebrates its 20th Anniversary of business.

We offer Full Adjustments, Property Appraisals, Vehicle/Heavy Equipment Appraisals, Third Party claims, Insurance Value Appraisals, Residential and Commercial Appraisals, Private Investigation, Process Service, and a variety of special assignments. We cover all of West Tennessee, with the exception of Shelby County, and take assignments seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
